Maniben Nanavati Women’s College has adequate facilities for sports activities for the students. Main focus remains on the fitness and training. College has appointed regular coaches for the games. Our students are trained in Fencing, Taekwondo, Boxing, Chess, Carrom, Rope Malkhamb, Table Tennis, Badminton, Handball, Cricket, Tug-of-war and athletics. Athletics students are sent to SAI (Sports Authority of India) ground for regular practice.
In the recent years, Nanavati College has been a champion at University level in Rope Malkhamb, Cricket, Tug-of-war, Badminton, Handball, Boxing and Fencing. Students have played Boxing, Rope Malkhamb, Taekwondo, Fencing at the regional and national level.
The College has a dedicated space for the sports activities. There is a Sports room, backyard area for practicing various sports, and a hall for conducting various activities and programs.The College provides sufficient sports infrastructure to the students for training and practicing various games. The following sports kits/equipment have been purchased for this purpose and maintained on regular basis:

Yoga
Maniben Nanavati Women’s College, under Project NIRMMA, introduced YOGA for all the First Year Students . The volunteers YOGA PRABHA BHARATI (SEVA SANSTHA) conducts Samarpan Meditation and Yoga classes twice a week since January 2018.
