Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Courses in Mumbai

The University Grants Commission introduced the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) in 2013. The NSQF is a proficient framework that organizes qualifications through a series of levels of data, knowledge, aptitude and skills. The UGC NSQF has been attached at different levels that allow students to acquire desired levels of competency, job market transitions and also  allows further acquisitions of added skills to enhance their competencies at their convenience.

The UGC NSQF course also provides opportunities that encourage lifelong training and education as well as skill development. It has tie-ups with the industries and markets to understand the job market requirements. The benefit of UGC NSQF course is to achieve international equivalency. UGC NSQF also provides national principles for identifying skill competencies and proficiency at different levels.

Maniben Nanavati Women’s College has recommended the UGC NSQF-recognized certified course in Customer Relationship Management at a very moderate fee respectively.

The Customer Relationship Management course offers students an opportunity to enhance and learn more about the industry along with the regular curriculum.

The subjects prescribed for this study are Introduction to Customer Relationship Management, Consumer Behavior, E- Business 1, Data Mining and Data Management, Business Communication, Basic Computer Skills and Internship.

Moreover, with the theoretical lectures students are given internship opportunities in various industries like banks, finance, supermarkets, etc. Students receive a UGC-recognized credential and 30 credits upon completion of the CRM course.

In addition, the college offers other courses like Healthcare Management and Event and Media Management. All courses are accessible for enrollment at our women’s college through the completion of an online admission form available on the Maniben Nanavati Women’s College website.

Course Duration

The entire course will be of 6 months duration-300 hours. This will include 150 hours of ‘On Campus’ teaching & 50 hours of project work and examination & 100 hours of internship (1 Month)
