Parent Teacher Association
A parent–teacher association (PTA) is a formal organization composed of parents, teachers and staff that is intended to facilitate parental participation in a college.
Aims and Objectives
Parent Teachers Association (PTA) is a non-profit, non–political organization made up of college staff and parents which work to support the college in a wide variety of ways.
- To provide a platform for parents, guardians, and teachers of students to meet, exchange, make recommendations and support the college in implementation of decisions on matters affecting education/learning.
- To foster mutual understanding, harmonious relationship and cooperation among parents, guardians, and teachers in the fulfillment of their common aim, the welfare of the school and the pupils/students therein.
- To make for a healthy understanding of the policies and programs of the college and thus to create a suitable climate for implantation of the same.
- To provide support for college events and other such occasion.
The success of a PTA meeting is very important as it helps both parties involved to discuss and solve any particular issues that the parents, teachers or the students are facing.
Our esteemed PTA members have always been keen to give their valuable time whenever we needed them and provide the best of their feedback for the betterment of the students aa well as the college. Mrs. Jyoti Trivedi one of our PTA member is our Alumni and who is very enthusiastic in working with us by motivating our students in participating in various extra-curricular activities and has also contributed by giving suggestions for charts and poster making during this year’s Youth Week programme which was a success.
