Admission Procedure

Minority – Gujarati Speaking Linguistic

  • Printed admission Forms and prospectus are also available from the College office on dates & timings announced.
  • The admission Form duly filled in, may be submitted to the college on the date & timings mentioned in the notice board.
  • The F.Y.J.C. admission will start after the declaration of the S.S.C. examination results of the Maharashtra Board.

Gujarati Linguistic Minority Documents Required

  • Two recent passport size photographs.
  •  Prescribed Application form (Incomplete application form will not be considered).
  • Photocopy of the Government Online form (Part-1 Registration Form and Part-2 Option Form)
  • Original Mark sheet of Xth std. examination and 2 self-attested photo copies
  • Original School Leaving Certificate of Xth std. along with 2 self-attested photo copies
  • Photocopy of Aadhar Card (compulsory)
  • Attested photocopy of first and last page of Ration card is compulsory.
  • Proof of residential address (compulsory)
  • Attested Proof of residence in Maharashtra for 15 years (i.e. Student or father’s domicile certificate of Maharashtra /Birth Certificate of Maharashtra/ Electricity/ Phone bill/ House rent receipt/ Leave license certificate agreement etc.)
  • Students should submit Declaration form (given by the college) fourth child or who does not produce 15yrs resident proof will not fill the declaration form
  • Gujarati undertaking (Provided along with the admission form).
  • An attested copy of one of the following documents can be provided as a proof in case of any doubt, about the candidate belonging to the Gujarati Community.
  • Mark Sheet/School Leaving Certificate indicating fathers’ or mothers’ study in Gujarati Medium.
    OR
  • A stamped letter on the letter head of the community Head or Secretary signed by the President.
    OR
  • Vasti Patrak of the community where name of the applicant appears along with his/her parents name.

Documents Required for Other Board Students (Other Than the Maharashtra State Board)

  • Two recent passport size photographs.
  • Prescribed Application form (Incomplete application form will not be considered)
  • Photocopy of the Government Online form (Part-1 Registration Form and Part-2 Option Form)
  • Original Mark sheet of Xth std. examination and 2 self-attested photo copies
  • Original School Leaving Certificate of Xth std. along with 2 self-attested photo copies
  • Photocopy of Aadhar Card (compulsory)
  • Original Migration certificate & attested photocopy.
  • Deed of Undertaking on Rs.100/- stamp paper.
  • Eligibility Application form duly completed in all respects.

Documents Required for Admission

  • Printed of admission forms are available from the college office on dates & timings announced. (Incomplete application form will not be considered)
  • Original mark sheet of F.Y.J.C.(For verification)
  • 2 Xerox copy of FYJC mark sheet.
  • 2 Xerox copy of 10th Mark sheet.
  • 2 Xerox copy of Aadhar card.
  • Xerox copy of the Residence proof (such as electricity bill, license, passport, rent agreement etc)

NOTE : AIDS FOR DIFFERENTLY ABLED STUDENTS / STUDENTS WITH LEARNING DISABILITY :

  • Category based application forms to be obtained from college office and to be filled and submitted to Government hospital for receiving Disability Certificate.
  • Application form duly filled and signed along with the LD certificate is sent to Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education from college office.
  • A letter is received by the college from the board stating/ approving the Disability of the candidate, catering to the fulfilment of further educational needs of the candidate (extra time during the exam or a writer or both).
